Policies & Procedures – The Rules
All Nail Chicks technicians are licensed, insured, and trained to provide exceptional
service.
- A deposit is required for all confirmed reservations.
- There is a $50 minimum for all individual appointments.
- Cancellations and Rebookings must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If this policy is not honored,
you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
- A service charge of $25 may apply depending on your location.
- The Nail Chicks is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The last appointment
scheduled is 7 p.m. Sundays are reserved for premium events.
- Services may be paid in full prior to your appointment or directly to your Nail Chicks technician.
Accepted form of payment is, cash.
- Gratuities are accepted and appreciated for the excellent service your Nail Chick technician
provides. Cash payments are accepted for gratuities too.
- Same day appointments may be available if you contact us by 9 a.m.
- Reservations can be made by calling (954) 857-6496, (or emailing thenailchicks@yahoo.com.
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age to schedule appointments. Minors will only receive services with parental consent.
Important Notice
The Nail Chicks and its technicians reserve the right to refuse treatment if any of the following
apply:
- Broken skin or lesions exist
- For any reason we feel uncomfortable with the situation. Please notify us of any medical conditions when you schedule
your appointment.
